Service

We at the Bond Group realize that we are only as good as the level of customer service we provide.
 
That customer service does not end with successful completion of a project, in fact, that is where it truly begins.
 
Bond has a dedicated team to provide our customers support, with a knowledgeable staff & a 24/7 365 service line, you are always able to pick up a phone and be able to talk to a member of the team
 
Within the team itself, disciplines are managed by key individuals that oversee every aspect, to ensure the highest levels of service & full compliance to all engineering standards.

Electrical

Through our team of field-based electrical engineers, Bond is able to offer a full NIC electrical service.
 
At present, we have completed thousands of projects from installation of power supplies, to control systems & are happy to discuss any specific requirements that a customer may have.
 
Bond is able to work across the full spectrum of electrical works from building electrics through to heavy industrial.

Refrigeration

With our nationwide refrigeration support team, we are able to deal promptly with all refrigeration issues.
 
Our highly experienced engineers carry full certification for safe handling of refrigerants, as well as government approved Skill Cards – defining the operative as an authority in their specific field.
 
From small commercial jobs upwards, Bond can deal with all your refrigeration needs from integral plug-ins, to main plant, air conditioning and remote display equipment.

Parts

If something is broken, you need to fix it. If it can’t be fixed, you need to replace it.
 
Bond knows how much of a problem spare parts can be, whether a door gasket for a storage freezer or a shelf bracket for a display chiller.
 
And with so many different models of equipment in the European market today, how do you order the correct part?
 
Through our Parts Team, we are able to assist you with the correct identification of the equipment, through to the part number for the required part.
 
We can then provide pricing for the component, as well as give possibly more cost effective options to original manufacturers items, using alternative makes of parts, or maybe something from the 75,000 parts produced by Bond, and found in the Bond Parts Directory.
 
When ordering a part from Bond, if in stock the part is dispatched overnight for next day delivery.
 
For special orders, our parts procurement teams are able to source or have items produced quickly and efficiently, with full lead time visibility through our “real time” parts schedule.
 
Another part of our service is the option of ordering an item, and having it fitted by a member of our fully qualified service team.

Health & Safety

Another very important service form the Parts Team is the H&S callout service.
 
If you have had a problem with a piece of equipment, Bond is able to provide an emergency engineer, who will attend site and make safe the damaged item with the minimum of fuss and the shortest of waiting time.
