Quality & Warranty

Both new and refurbished cabinets manufactured by the Bond Group are monitored by a full QMS (Quality Management System)   Please see below some of the key features;

• Sample parts inspection during the refurbishment process, ensuring part tolerance and durability.
• All cabinets are subject to a full electrical engineering test. All electrical test information is stored on record with our Quality Assurance Department.
• Every cabinet is pre-delivery inspected by our fully qualified Quality Assurance Department.
• The Bond Group operates a full Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001.
• Depending on the clients requirement full warranty is available for both parts and labour.

The policy of The Bond Group is to provide quality products that are both safe and legal. The Bond Group has developed operating procedures to cover all aspects of its Quality System, and all members of staff are responsible for its effective implementation in order to meet the needs and expectations of customers.

Bond v's ISO

The quality assurance system operated by the company is based upon requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This addresses the aspects of both New and Refurbishment  Refrigeration cabinets to a given specification, the manufacture of a new cabinet to a given specification, the manufacture and supply to site of specified new parts and the safe disposal of refrigeration cabinets.
