In 1998, The Bond Group made a full review of ISO & BS standards, and felt at that time, to embrace either one of the existing standards would be restrictive and thus detrimental to servicing our customers.

Bond took the radical approach of appointing a team of external continuous improvement consultants, to create a new standard, which would reflect the nature of Bond's business.

By combining the best of both standards, along with measures and process control specific to us, we now have a full quality assurance standard that is second to none.
