Service Team

The Bond Group offers a Service department with its own service fitters and electricians. This department is supported with a fully resourced in house CAD/CAM drawing department meaning any part can be drawn and manufactured to the required specification in a short lead time and professional fitted by qualified personnel.

The Service department takes part enquiries either over the phone or through the website and email. Regular lines of parts are kept in stock and with three couriers collecting from the despatch department daily overnight delivery or installation is available.

The service department also has access to a second hand parts store holding a vast  array of stock parts for all types of cabinets, for example Deli Glasses, Coils and Shelving.Etc. Again all parts can be professionally fitted without the need to return to the orginal OEM and eliminating the long lead times for parts.
