Parts Manufacturing
Over the last 20 years, The Bond Group has built up a parts directory of over 90,000 parts for various manufacturers including; Carter, Craig Nicol, Koxka, Linde, Arneg, Carrier, Electrolux, Kysor Warren and many others. Our parts directory covers any internal or external components, along with perspex and wire work (WPC).
We are also able to offer replacement evaporator coils and valves based upon original manufacturers specifications, or upgraded to meet the latest refrigerant and temperature criteria. Should you require a part not held in our directory, we are able to add that part via our Drawing Office service, and if required, our highly skilled Drawing Office Team will attend site to survey and draw any item you require. Then using the latest Radan technology and state of the art manufacturing equipment, we can produce that part in any finish or material specification required including stainless steel.
Fabrication
For any part you require, we can manufacture it using our latest Radan software, punch machine and press brakes;
- 2 Nisshinbo CNC turret punches with auto index stations
- Punches controlled via DNC link direct to Radan Cam and capable of 220 HPM
- 4 CNC Press Brakes with the ability to program offline
- Tig and Mig welding plant
- +/- 0.5mm tolerance on all machinery
Powdercoat
- Capable of painting 1.5 metres per minute, on both sides of any part
- Manually operated stainless steel booth for quick colour changeover (approximately 10 minutes)
- Thermo - Plastic powder without TGIC lead additives
- Reclaim Oven - capable of burning off old paint so shelving can be re-used after been powder coated.
Endwalls
Within our range of spares we can also offer a full endwall solution where we manufacture endwalls to original design with mirror, part glazed or full panoramic option. We also produce, on request, custom end panels in any colour, design and finish, all to individual requirements. With our highly skilled craftsmen, we are able to produce an item of very high quality.
- Many finish options available ranging from polished, satin or painted trim in any thickness.
- The interior finish can be of any material the customer requires ranging from mirror to laminate.
- If glazing is required, we offer single, double and triple glazed units, thus producing an item of pure quality.
